A mooring was deployed at a depth of 3100 meters in the Lofoten Basin of the Nordic Seas with the aim of measuring water properties and currents over a two-year period. There were two mooring deployments: the first from July 2010 to May 2011 and the second from May 2011 to September 2012. The moorings were equipped with SBE-37SM MicroCATs, Nortek Aquadopps, and TRDI ADCPs.
