This dataset is a hydrographic survey collected by CTD and ADCP throughout West Antarctica, but largely in the Bellingshausen and Amundsen Seas, during the research cruise NBP19-01 on the research vessel Nathaniel B. Palmer. Each of the 78 stations provide full-depth profiles of temperature, salinity, oxygen, fluorescence and PAR. Velocity profiles were also collected from a Lowered Acoustic Doppler Current Profiler (LADCP). The temperature, salinity and velocity measurements have been calibrated and quality controlled (see link to cruise report below). All other properties have not been calibrated at this time. This dataset also contains glider data obtained during the second part of the project. Please contact the PI, Andrew Thompson for further information. Data are in NetCDF. See list of related publications and cruise report under the Documentation.
