Wind and temperature data were collected using current meter in the TOGA Area - Pacific Ocean (30 N to 30 S) from May 28, 1994 to March 21, 1995. Data were submitted by Pacific Marine Environmental Laboratory (PMEL) as part of the Equatorial Pacific Ocean Climate Studies (EOPCS).
