WLCI - Important Agricultural Lands Assessment (Input Raster: Irrigated Lands - Dry Years)
This dataset is a binary input representing irrigated areas (during 'dry' years) as a raster dataset. Parcels identified as being irrigated are assigned a value of 1 while non-irrigated areas are assigned a value of 0.
This raster is one of 9 inputs used to calculate the "Normalized Importance Index."
