This is the dataset associated with the WNTR resilience analysis for a Pennsylvania drinking water utility. It contains the number of junctions and customers impacted following a pipe break scenario, the social-economic and environmental priority ranks for the pipe break scenarios, and the water service availability (WSA) for a tank outage, pump outage, and source water outage. The WSA is also provided for these outage scenarios and their respective emergency response actions. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Chu-Ketterer, J., W. Platten, S.
