Published by U.S. EPA Office of Research and Development (ORD) | U.S. Environmental Protection Agency | Metadata Last Checked: August 02, 2025 | Last Modified: 2025-01-10
The data set contains data for the following assays performed using 6PPD-quinone and/or 6PPD. 1) Larval fathead minnow transcriptomics; 2) larval fathead minnow EcoToxChips [6PPD-quinone only]; 3) zebrafish developmental and behavioral toxicity; 4) cell painting and cytotoxicity in the rainbow trout gill cell line, RTgill-W1; 5) acute and developmental neurotoxicity (DNT) assays in mammalian cells; 6) Attagene FACTORIAL assays with human hepatoma cells [6PPD-quinone only]; and 7) analytical assessment of 6PPD and 6PPD-quinone stability in RTgill-W1 and DNT assay media. This dataset is associated with the following publication: Jankowski, M., A. Carpenter, J. Harrill, D. Harris, B. Hill, R. Labiosa, S. Makarov, D. Martinovic-Weigelt, J. Nyffeler, S. Padilla, T.
