Data from: A First Look at the Ability to Use Genomic Prediction for Improving Ratooning Ability of Sugarcane
The filtered VCF file of 10501 SNPs from the 432 individuals in this study. This dataset was used for genome-wide association study (GWAS) and genomic prediction of sugarcane ratooning ability. It was developed using Rapid Genomics Capture-Seq technology.
